Hello friends!

I realize that as we’ve been more intentional with Facebook, our e-newsletter, and now our bike blog, we’ve been neglecting our actual news section on the website. So, what has been going on? Here’s a list…

1. We won 3 Independent Music Awards! Best Country Song- Nothing You Can’t Lose, Vox Pop Best Country Song - Nothing You Can’t Lose and Vox Pop Best Gospel Song - Working On A Building

2. We are preparing for our third annual SpokeSongs Bike Tour. This tour will cover over 550 miles in 11 days. The full band will make the ride including Brian pulling the upright bass. All our biking prep and blog entries can be found at www.spokesongs.blogspot.com

3. In June we played various festivals and some great summertime concerts. We also started our newest recording project. Come see us live for previews of our newest songs.
   

4. A documentary film crew will be following the Steel Wheels bike tour for a feature length documentary on our unique trip.

5. A new release, Live at Goose Creek, was released this Spring. It captures unique live versions of some of our favorite songs from several studio albums.

6. With the tremendous support of our amazing fans, we purchased a 2006 Dodge Sprinter Van, a much needed touring vehicle for the band.
